Legal information
Privacy information.
This is a static prelaunch website for PMware and Manticore. It has no accounts, checkout, forms, newsletter or analytics. This page explains what is handled when you visit or email us.
Last updated 13 October 2026
What we handle
- Emails you send. If you write to support@pmwarelabs.com, we receive your email address, any business-contact details and the message you choose to send.
- Technical connection data. The hosting services that deliver this site process technical data about each connection, such as network and request details, to serve pages and keep the service secure. PMware does not add analytics to read this data for marketing.
- A browser preference. If you dismiss the cookie notice, your browser stores a small preference locally. It stays on your device. See cookie information.
Why we use it
- To deliver the website and keep it working securely.
- To respond to your messages.
- To scope possible Manticore pilots with you.
Providers
PMware relies on providers to run the site and its email. Based on our current setup:
- Website hosting: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. See the OpenAI privacy policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Email: Namecheap Private Email. See the Namecheap privacy policy.
These providers handle data under their own policies, which we do not control.
Where data is processed
Providers may process data in countries other than yours. PMware does not promise any particular data residency.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and follow up, and as needed for applicable recordkeeping. Retention of technical data by hosting providers is set by those providers.
Sharing and mailing lists
PMware does not add enquiries to a mailing list by default and does not sell enquiry data.
Confidential material
Please keep first messages high-level. Wait to share design files or proprietary details until confidentiality has been agreed.
Your requests
To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of what you have sent us, or to ask any privacy question, email support@pmwarelabs.com. Your rights are subject to applicable law. Contact is through PMware at that address only.
Other sites
The linked research paper and the provider sites above are run by others and have their own policies.
